The Esopus Creek Farm has come to fruition and is providing us with its first harvest after 7 years of planning and remediation of the soil in the Hudson Valley. Our inaugural farmer, Jessica Swadosh hails from a diverse background in organic farming internationally from Ireland to New Zealand with many stops in between in America.
